Many bloggers, at one point or another, have a "wish list" of foods they aspire to bake or make. I've seen a lot of "30x30" lists - thirty food items to make before turning thirty years old. Sounds like a great plan, but 30 sounds like a lot to me - especially to do it all in one year (and since I turned thirty a mere 14 days into the year). Since my real "wish list" has hundreds of recipes bookmarked, I slimmed down the challenge for myself to a more manageable number.
Here's the challenge: to successfully make each of these by the end of 2012
