I used 2 cups of wine, 2 cups arborio, 5-ish cups chicken stock, a frozen bag of peas, and leftover (brined & sauteed) sliced chicken tenderloin. It was absolutely delicious and very filling; even my 5 year old loved it! An extra plus is that there are plenty of leftovers!!! Thanks so much for the recipe!
